PRIME TOURIST DESTINATIONS:
Chocolate Hills – it consists of 1,260 hills spread all over an area of more than 50 square kilometers. These cone shaped hills are made up of limestone covered in green grass that turns brown during the dry season, hence the name Chocolate hills. It is the most famous tourist attraction in Bohol and prime tourist destination in the Philippines.
Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Church, Baclayon - it is considered to be one of the oldest stone churches in the country. Next to the church is an old convent which houses a small museum with century old religious relics and artifacts.
Our Lady of Assumption Church, Dauis – is another beautiful church in Bohol. The church is built in a mixture of styles influenced by Byzantine and Romanesque architecture. There is a well inside the church in which the water is said to be miraculous. So don’t forget to bring a bottle and take some water if you plan to visit there.
Hinagdanan Cave – located in the island of Panglao, the cave is about 100 meters long of beautiful rock formations. It is a naturally lighted cavern with deep lagoon and many large stalactites and stalagmites.

Blood Compact Shrine – located in Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran, this particular site was built in honor of a very important event in Philippine history, the blood compact or Sandugo between Miguel Lopez de Legazpi and Rajah Sikatuna.

Mag-Aso Falls – located in Antequera, 20 km away from Tagbilaran. It is one of Bohol’s natural treasures. With a height of 25 feet, the twin falls is scenic with the backdrop of tall trees, wild plants including giant ferns and deep ravines.
